Dr. Tricia Berry

Associate Dean|Director of Clinical and Practicum Programs|Online Medical Assisting Program Chair


Tricia Berry is the Associate Dean and Director of Clinical and Practicum Programs and online Medical Assisting Program Chair at Kaplan University. Trish is a long time Kaplan employee who began teaching as an adjunct faculty member with the Des Moines, Iowa, Kaplan campus in 1998 even before it became a Kaplan school. She worked in several different roles on the campus prior to moving to School of Health Sciences in late 1996. Trish currently oversees clinical placement processes for Kaplan’s School of Health Sciences, School of Nursing, and Graduate Psychology programs. She also serves at the Program Chair for the online Medical Assisting program. Trish holds a Phd in Education/Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning, and Bachelors degrees in Occupational Therapy and Psychology.
