The School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) at Manhattan College is dedicated to providing quality undergraduate and graduate degree programs for the non-traditional student. One key element to ensure effective programmatic structure is through the use of quality assurance. This presentation details how the robust quality assurance system has allowed for ongoing program review and increased faculty buy-in. This presentation will also detail how data is effectively disseminated to the institutional administration and stakeholders.


Outcomes: 1.Incorporate elements of QA communication pipeline into current evaluation structure 2.Gain access to evaluation tools that serve as vital QA markers 3.Review how to increase accountability/allow for administrative support through increased data access.
