Mr. Charles I Mitchell, MA, MS, PhD (ABD)

Doctoral Student (ABD), Assessment professional at North Carolina Central University

 


Charles Iyon Mitchell, a Goldsboro, NC native, is an assessment professional at North Carolina Central University. Mr. Mitchell is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy from Hampton University, and has earned Masters in Human Growth and Development and a Masters in Instructional Technology, both from NCCU, and a B.A. in Geography from UNC-Chapel Hill. Iyon resides in Durham and is active in the community serving at World Overcomer's Christian Church. Mr. Mitchell also serves as the Educational Coordinator for the Durham HAWKS (Helping All Willing Kids Succeed) where he coordinates educational activities and college tours for inner city youths. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Rashaunte Mitchell and they have two beautiful daughters.
